Pricing effective July 2026. Fees may change when travel, urgency, witnesses, printing, scanbacks, document volume, or other assignment requirements differ from the standard service described.

The standard mobile appointment fee includes travel within approximately 10 miles of our Portland base location.
Appointments outside that area are welcome and will be charged $3 per mile (one way)

50% of the applicable appointment fee.
Less Than Four Hours Before the Appointment
100% of the applicable appointment fee.
Cancellation After Dispatch
100% of the appointment, travel, and priority fees.
No-Show or Unavailable Signer
100% of the appointment, travel, and applicable service fees.
Waiting Time
The first 10 minutes of unexpected waiting time are complimentary.
After that:
$20 per additional 10 minutes
Waiting charges may apply when:
The signer is not ready
Documents are incomplete
Identification cannot be located
Facility access is delayed
Required witnesses have not arrived
The appointment cannot begin at the scheduled time
If Notarization Cannot Be Completed
The appointment, travel, priority, waiting, and other service fees remain due when the notarial act cannot be completed because:
The signer is absent
Acceptable identification is unavailable
The signer is unwilling to sign
The signer cannot communicate directly with the notary
The document is incomplete
Required witnesses are unavailable
The signer appears coerced
The notary cannot reasonably determine the signer’s awareness or willingness
The requested act is unlawful or improper
The notary must refuse the notarization
