Provide the appointment date and time, signing location, transaction type, signer information, document-delivery method, page count, scanback requirements, shipping instructions, and the name of the closing contact.

Fortis reviews the assignment and confirms availability, pricing, travel, printing, signer requirements, package delivery, and special instructions.
An assignment is not considered accepted until Fortis provides confirmation.

The document package is downloaded, printed, organized, and reviewed for practical signing requirements. Any visible package or instruction concerns are reported to the designated contact before the appointment when possible.

Christopher meets the signers at the confirmed location, verifies identification, follows the written signing instructions, completes the authorized notarial acts, and records the notarizations in the required notarial journal.
